Effective date: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how HeartHomes Assisted Living & Memory Care (“HeartHomes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit hearthomes.com, submit a form, or make a payment through HeartHomes Quick Pay at hearthomes.com/make-a-payment.

This policy covers information collected through our website. It does not cover the resident health and care records we maintain as part of providing assisted living and memory care services, which are handled under our care agreements and applicable state and federal law.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us:

  • Contact and inquiry forms. When you request a tour, ask a question, or apply through a form on our site, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and your message.
  • Payments. When you make a payment through HeartHomes Quick Pay, we collect the payer’s name, email address, the invoice or account number, and the payment amount you enter. Your card or bank account details are entered directly with our payment processor (see Section 3); HeartHomes does not receive or store your full card or bank account number.

Information collected automatically:

  • Analytics and usage data. Like most websites, we collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this. Clarity may record general interactions such as clicks and scrolling to help us understand how visitors use the site.
  • Cookies. Our site and these analytics tools use cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how some parts of the site work.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and schedule tours;
  • process and confirm your payments and send receipts;
  • operate, maintain, and improve our website;
  • understand how visitors use our site so we can make it more helpful;
  • keep our site and payments secure and prevent fraud;
  • comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Payment processing

Payments made through HeartHomes Quick Pay are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you enter your card or bank details, that information goes directly to Stripe and is handled under Stripe’s privacy policy and security standards. HeartHomes receives confirmation of the payment and the information you entered (name, email, amount, invoice or account number), but not your full payment card or bank account number.

4. Third-party services

We share information with service providers only as needed to run our website and process payments. These include:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Google Analytics (website analytics)
  • Microsoft Clarity (website usage analytics)

These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of HeartHomes, our residents, or others.

5. How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and does not pass through or rest on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We keep the information we collect for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, process and record your payments, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and operate our site. We retain payment records as required for tax and accounting purposes.

7. Your choices

You may:

  • ask what information we hold about you and request a correction or deletion, subject to records we are required to keep;
  • opt out of non-essential cookies through your browser;
  • opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 9.
